Business Card / Postcard File Requirements

UV Coating:
For 14pt. Gloss Coated Cover, UV Coating will be applied to the color sides, unless No UV Coating on Back is selected. If you select Color Front/No Back or Color Front/B&W Back, only the color side (front) will be coated.

File Format and Resolution:

We accept the following file formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG & .PDF.
For Instant Online Proof, we require that the AI and PDF files be saved as Acrobat 5 (PDF 1.4) or older. Email print-ready files at 350 dpi in CMYK color. See resolution, bleed and color information below.

Files not built correctly may delay the order.

**Resolution:**

All file formats must have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolution at 100% of the final print size. Print images need to be created at 350 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.

e.g. 3.5"x 2" Business Card resolution: 350 dpi (1260 pixels x 735 pixels)
e.g. 6"x 4" Postcard resolution: 350 dpi (2135 pixels x 1435 pixels)

Color Mode:

All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.
All black & white artwork and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.

Bleed:

For business cards and postcards, please build your print-ready digital files by adding 0.1" bleed to each dimension (or 0.05" bleed on all four sides).
e.g. 3.5"x 2" business cards with bleed is 3.6"x 2.1"
e.g. 6"x 4" postcards with bleed is 6.1"x 4.1"

We do not guarantee exact cuts or colors on all print orders. Please note that the quality of images are as good as they are sent! We are not responsible for low quality images. We are not responsible for any unauthorized images, pictures etc used by a client placing orders with us. The client is held 100% liable for any misuse of images and copyright infringements. No Refunds! Once product has been shipped, WE ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEM(S). Client will be held 100% liable for item(s) once shipped.
